We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, request a service, or list your business:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password.
  • Vendor Profile Details: Business name, services offered, portfolio images, physical address in Yola (e.g. Jimeta, Karewa, Bekaji), WhatsApp contact, and CAC registration documents (if verified).
  • Service Requests & Quotes: Descriptions of jobs requested, location details, preferred timelines, and communication between customers and vendors.
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, device model, operating system, and interaction timestamps for security and performance optimization.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Connect customers with nearby vendors and facilitate service inquiries and direct WhatsApp quotes.
  • Verify vendor identities and credentials to prevent fraud and maintain community trust.
  • Send critical transactional notifications such as appointment confirmations, quotes, and password resets.
  • Ensure platform security, prevent unauthorized access, and comply with Nigerian legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing & WhatsApp Facilitation

When you initiate a quote or request with a vendor on DULGO, your contact number and request details may be shared directly with that vendor to enable direct coordination on WhatsApp. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
