1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DULGO (the "Platform"), whether as a customer discovering local services or as an artisan, merchant, or service provider listing your business, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

DULGO is a hyperlocal discovery and facilitation platform designed for Yola, Adamawa State, and expanding across Nigeria. We connect customers with independent vendors, craftspeople, and businesses. DULGO is not an employer, contractor, or guarantor of independent vendor services unless explicitly stated under a DULGO-guaranteed program.

3. Vendor Obligations & Verification

Vendors on DULGO agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of services, portfolio photographs, and operational locations in Yola.
• Submit genuine identity credentials and CAC documentation when applying for verified status.
• Honor quotes and appointments agreed upon with customers in good faith.
• Maintain respectful communication on WhatsApp and all platform channels.

4. Customer Conduct & Payments

Customers agree to provide honest feedback and genuine service requests. Payments arranged directly between customers and vendors are governed by the mutual agreement of the parties. DULGO advises customers to verify vendor deliverables before making full payments.

5. Governing Law & Inquiries
